Gemsons Precision Engineering Private Ltd., is having a setup in the name of Thomson Ralph Engineering Co., established in 1964 as a Tool-Room in the manufacture of jigs, fixtures, dies, special gauges and assemblies etc.

The tool room is equipped with skilled manpower along with conventional machines having Digital Read-Outs (DRO). Facilities include Jig-Boring, Surface Grinding, Milling machines, Centre Lathes, Wire EDM, Cylindrical Grinding machines etc.. It is now located at a new premises near the main facility.

            The Tool-Room manufactures toolings, fixtures, undertakes development of components and supports our CNC machine shop. It has extensive dedicated experience in tool design and manufacturing.

It has its own team of professionals and support staff with multi-disciplinary skills. Our Tool Room is equipped with the necessary facilities, machinery and skilled manpower to meet the stringent requirements.

We now aspire to take up challenging design and manufacturing tasks for the industry and look forward to business inquiries.
