Gemsons is the largest CNC Machine Shop in the Small & Medium Scale (SME) category in Mumbai having Machining Facilities from 8-Axis Turmill to 4-Axis Machining Centers.

We have CNC Turning Centers with Bar Feeders to cope up with large volume parts; and machines from Spinner and Hardinge Super Precision CNC Turning Centers for high accuracy and hard part turning.

Gemsons has a team of young and dynamic engineers to handle the most complex & critical parts. The measuring instruments used are the best in the industry. We have a CNC fully Automatic Mitutoyo CMM Machine, Model Beyond Crysta-574 with measuring range of 505x705x405 and Volumetric Accuracy of 1.9 + 3L / 1000 Microns, capable of online inspection with temperature compensation function.
