We have CNC Turning Centers with Bar Feeders to cope up with large volume parts; including Miyano 8 Axes Turn Mill Center and Spinner Super Precision CNC Turning Center for high accuracy and hard part turning.


We have been in the CNC machining field for more than 15 years. Gemsons has manufactured a wide variety of components, from Ferrous & Non-ferrous materials. Gemsons has a team of young and dynamic engineers to handle the most complex & critical jobs. The measuring instruments used are the best in the industry. Our present ISO 9001:2000 Quality System gives us an edge over our competiton.

We have recently installed a CNC fully Automatic Mitutoyo CMM Machine, Model Beyond Crysta-574 with measuring range of 505x705x405 and Volumetric Accuracy of 1.9 + 3L / 1000 Microns, capable of online inspection with temperature compensation function.
